Ideas come and go in a split second. Please write it down or record a voice note
Ideas come and go in a split second. Please write it down or record a voice note; otherwise, your chances of forgetting are 98.74% (that’s specific for no reason, but it's a high percentage, trust me). If you have a consistent flow of ideas although they might not be your best ideas, but they are ideas, so write them down!
Alrighty, it begins... <rubs hands together out of excitement>
Now that you have a list of a few. Pick the top 1-2 ideas that excite you the most. In a notepad or a voice note, start brain-dumping anything that comes to mind regarding the concept: features, use-cases, benefits, and anything else that might be relevant.
Take it one step further by putting a stick-figure drawing from your imagination of what it should look like. Whether it is a digital product physical product, put a face to the idea.
Spend 30 mins to one-hour looking up some relevant keywords on Google to see if anyone else has already built something similar. Use this as a simple reference point and not an idea killer. There is always something unique about each idea; don’t get discouraged.
Outline what you envision as your minimum viable product (MVP) in detail. What is the least amount of work you have to do to make your idea functional in the real world?
It's time to execute. If you don’t have the skillset to build it yourself, hire a freelancer or an agency to handle the design and development to bring your business to life.
Don't overcomplicate the process. Don't get overwhelmed. The internet has all of the necessary resources for you to utilize to bring your idea to life and start making your first $1 in sales. I am rooting for you because I know it's possible.
And so I leave you with the following:
